2 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, <br /> that it recognizes and appreciates the Land Records Management <br /> Program of the State Department of Natural Resources-and <br /> Community Development and its assistance to counties through <br /> matching grants for the modernization of land records, and <br /> desires to participate in their grant program for the <br /> 1989-1990 fiscal year.
