This agreement is for the period October 1, 1988 through September 30, <br /> 1989. The funds are not to exceed $18,021.00 <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Orange County Health Department was one of the five in North Carolina to <br /> receive a grant to carry out the project indicated above.
