All electricity, telephone and cable television <br /> • (CATV franchised by Orange County to serve the <br /> development) utilities shall be installed <br /> underground. All necessary easements to permit <br /> • said utility installation, servicing and hook-up <br /> to the development and to each unit within the <br /> development shall be provided at no cost to the <br /> utility. <br /> 27. Provide a legal description of the property to the <br /> • Planning and Inspections Department to complete <br /> the application. <br /> 28. All signs shall be erected in compliance with <br /> Articles 9 (Signs) and 7.14 (PD-H) of the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance following issuance of <br /> required sign permits. No sign may be erected in <br /> the sight triangles for the entranceways to the <br /> development. <br /> 29. Revise the table of figures on the site plan to <br /> indicate compliance with Article 5.1.1. <br /> 30. Indicate on the site plan locations of all <br /> proposed buildings and specify the approximate <br /> height of each (not to exceed 25 feet) . <br /> 31. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development <br /> and required improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> developer with the Special Use Permit. <br /> 32. The final site plan and narrative of the project, <br /> incorporating all changes, deletions, and <br /> additions through the final approval of the <br /> project, are to be incorporated herein and made a <br /> part of this Planned Development Special Use <br /> Permit. Copies of the final site plan and <br /> narrative are to remain on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning and Inspections Department.
