This agreement <br /> would provide the guidelines for communicating on a regular basis to <br /> provide each governmental entity information regarding policy matters <br /> affecting their mutual interests. The agreement lists some of the items <br /> that may be discussed but is not inclusive of all items that may be <br /> discussed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve the Memorandum of Understanding and authorize <br /> the Chair to sign the agreement jointly with Chapel Hill, Carrboro and <br /> OWASA. <br />
