10 <br /> REMAPPING PROJECT <br /> CAPITAL PROJECTS ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br /> Carolina the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized will produce a complete <br /> remapping of Orange County which will provide <br /> accurate base maps at various scales. The <br /> project will be financed by appropriations from <br /> the General Fund, County Capital Reserve Fund, <br /> State grants and charges to participating <br /> jurisdictions. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br /> proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br /> this project: <br /> Transfer from General Fund $119,946 <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund 353,021 <br /> State Grant 24,000 <br /> Charges for Services 53,805 <br /> Total Revenue $550,772 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br /> project: <br /> Phase II $178,613 <br /> Phase III 115,159 <br /> Phase IV 147,000 <br /> Phase V 100,000 <br /> Equipment 7,000 <br /> Training 3,000 <br /> $550,772 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Remapping <br /> Capital Project ordinances. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from July 1, <br /> 1989 until June 30, 1994. <br /> Adopted this 28 day of June, 1989. <br />
