9 <br /> RICHARD E. WHITTED HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING <br /> CAPITAL PROJECTS ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br /> Carolina the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for architectural and <br /> construction phases at the Richard E. Whitted <br /> Human Services Building. The project will be <br /> financed by appropriations from the County <br /> Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br /> proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br /> this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund $240,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br /> project: <br /> Professional Services $ 60,000 <br /> Construction 180,000 <br /> Total $240,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall be in effect from July 1, <br /> 1989 until June 30, 1992. <br /> Adopted this 28 day of June, 1989. <br />
