8 <br /> NORTHERN HUMAN SERVICE CENTER PROJECT <br /> CAPITAL PROJECTS ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br /> Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br /> Carolina the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for the reservation of <br /> funds for roof repairs at the Northern Human <br /> Services Center. The project will be financed by <br /> appropriations from the County Capital Reserve <br /> Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br /> proceed with the project within the budget <br /> contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br /> this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund $ 64,850 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br /> project: <br /> Roof Reserve $ 64,850 <br /> Section S. This ordinance shall be in effect from July 1, <br /> 1989 until June 30, 1994. <br /> Adopted this 28 day of June, 1989. <br />
