5 <br /> RESERVOIR SITING <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 1 <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br /> capital project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for the County Reservoir Project. <br /> The project will be financed by a appropriation from the <br /> County Capital Reserve Fund and Senate Bill 2 Funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br /> with the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete the <br /> project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund $ 30,000 <br /> Senate Bill 2 Funds 83,418 <br /> $113,418 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for the project: <br /> Professional Services $ 67,000 <br /> Topographical Mapping 46,418 <br /> $113,418 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Reservoir capital <br /> project ordinances. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from July 1, 1988 until <br /> June 30, 1990. <br /> Adopted this 28 day of June, 1989. <br />
