Interim That: If lessor:lakes payment of the purchase price <br /> for the Equipment to the manufacturer or supplier on a day other than <br /> the first day of the month, Lessee shall pay Lessor interim rent with <br /> respect to such payment in an amount equal to 7.75% per annum of <br /> equipment cost multiplied by the timber of days frau and including date <br /> of such payment to the manufacturer or supplier until the Commencement <br /> Date. <br /> b. As rent, for each item of Epipmmt, lessee shall pay Lessor <br /> tamenty (20) equal quarterly payments, in advance, each equal to a factor <br /> of .059633 of the epipmant cost of the puchase price of said item of <br /> Equipment based on an annual percentage rate of 7.75%. <br /> 6. Infm. A portion of each of the rental payments shall be <br /> allocated to interest in accordance with the amortization schedule(s) *rich <br /> will be attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
