The lessor is desirous this <br /> arrangement to be continued under the same terms and <br /> conditions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal with the Efland Volunteer <br /> Fire Company, Inc. , for use of the Rescue Unit Building, <br /> commencing July 1 , 1989 through June 30, 1989. <br />
