51 <br /> 3. Board of Directors <br /> The decision of the Grievance Committee may be appealed, in <br /> writing, within thirty (30) days of the Grievance Committee's decision <br /> to the Plan's Board of Directors. The Plan's Board of Directors will <br /> only consider the record of the hearing before the Grievance Committee <br /> and shall only reverse the decision of that Committee if it is clearly <br /> against the weight of the evidence presented during the hearing. The <br /> Plan's Board of Directors will consider the appeal during its next <br /> regularly scheduled meeting following receipt of the written notice of <br /> appeal and shall render its decision within thirty (30) days of such <br /> meeting. <br /> 4. Complaint To Departments Of Insurance <br /> The Member may submit a complaint to the Department of Insurance <br /> if he/she is not satisfied with the decision of the Plan's Board of <br /> Directors. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 46 <br />
