37 <br /> 21. Benefits otherwise provided in this Contract which the Plan is <br /> unable to provide because of any law or regulation of the federal, <br /> state, or local government, or any action taken by any agency of <br /> the federal, state, or local government in reliance on said law or <br /> regulation. <br /> 22. Long-term physical therapy, speech therapy and/or rehabilitation <br /> services, and/or Speech Therapy for treatment of a learning <br /> disability or slow speech development. <br /> 23. Care in connection with the detection and correction by manual or <br /> mechanical means of structural imbalance, distortion, or <br /> subluxation in the human body for purposes of removing nerve <br /> interference and the effects thereof, where such interference is <br /> the result of or related to distortion, misalignment, or <br /> subluxation of or in the vertebral column. <br /> 24. Non-emergency health services rendered outside the Service Area <br /> where the Member should have reasonable foreseen the need for such <br /> services prior to leaving the Service Area, unless the Plan <br /> approves such services in writing, in advance. <br /> 25. Expenses for the reversal of vasectomies or tubal ligations. <br /> 26. Expenses for the Treatment of infertility. <br /> 27. Any expense as a result of a Member's staying in the hospital <br /> after the discharge time or date. The discharge time and date is <br /> established by the Hospital or the Participating Physician. <br /> 28. Medical equipment and appliances, even though prescribed by a <br /> physician, such as air conditioners, humidifiers, and personal <br /> comfort items. <br /> 29. Any covered health services for which a third party is obligated <br /> to pay or cover (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, etc. ) . <br /> 32 <br />
