The following Health Insurance contracts are due to be renewed effective <br /> July 1, 1989: <br /> INSURANCE COMPANY DATES OF CONTRACT <br /> Carolina Physician's Health Plan 07/01/89 - 12/31/89 <br /> Blue Cross and Blue Shield of N.C. 07/01/89 - 12/31/89 <br /> RECOMENDATION(S): <br /> It is recommended that the Personnel Director be given the authority to sign <br /> Insurance contracts with Carolina Physician's Health Plan and Blue Cross and <br /> Blue Shield Health Plan for the period July 1, 1989 through December 31, 1989. <br />
