The Orange County Planning Staff has <br /> reviewed the proposal and finds it to be consistent <br /> with the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan adopted in <br /> November, 1987. <br /> This item was presented at public hearing on April 6, <br /> 1989. <br /> The OrangeCounty Planning Board voted to approve the <br /> proposed amendment at its May 15, 1989 meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br /> zoning of the Greene tract to Rural Transition (RT) <br /> and incorporation of that designation into the Orange <br /> County Zoning Atlas. <br />
