To present for initial <br /> Commissioners' comments a Hillsborough proposal for the <br /> operation and ownership of a reservoir at Seven Mile Creek. <br /> BACKGROUND: A site on Seven Mile Creek has been chosen for a raw water <br /> reservoir by the County Commissioners. With this step taken, <br /> the preliminary engineering and permitting process should <br /> begin. Prior to the beginning of preliminary engineering, <br /> the details of the financing, ownership and operation of the <br /> reservoir must be addressed in an executed agreement between <br /> the County, Town of Hillsborough and/or other jurisdictions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Review the estimated development schedule and <br /> Hillsborough's proposed operation and ownership agreement . <br /> Direct the Manager to respond to the Hillsborough proposal <br /> based on the Commissioners determination of the scope of the <br /> County's participation in the reservoir development process. <br />
