7 <br /> . .__________ ._• . - <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LUP-5-89, AN AMENDMENT <br /> TO THE JOINT PLANNING AREA LAND USE PLAN (CAZWELL, INC. ) <br /> (89-4-24/R-4a) <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill has considered <br /> the application of Cazwell, Incorporated, to amend the Joint <br /> Planning Area Land Use Plan by redesignating 1.45 acres east of <br /> Kerley Road along the Durham County line from Rural Buffer to Ten <br /> Year Transition, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill has determined <br /> that the proposed amendment can be justified as "due to changing <br /> conditions in a particular area of the County," and is compatible <br /> with the operating principles, of the Joint Planning Area Land Use <br /> Plan; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that it <br /> approves Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan LUP-5-89 - Cazwell, <br /> Incorporated. <br /> This the 24th day of April, 1989. <br />
