96 <br /> Due to the length of time required to complete the <br /> alternative systems study, the McLennan's Farm request <br /> was inadvertently left off the June 21 Commissioners <br /> agenda. Since the public hearing was not continued to <br /> a date certain, the McLennan's Farm application <br /> expired. <br /> Mr. Todd has submitted a new application for the May <br /> 22 public hearing. However, the only new evidence <br /> submitted is information which clarifies the <br /> ownership, operation, and maintenance of the proposed <br /> wastewater disposal system. The layout and design of <br /> the proposed residential planned development remain <br /> the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends that the public hearing <br /> on the Planned Development/Special Use application for <br /> McLennan's Farm be continued until the Board of <br /> Commissioners June 5, 1989 meeting to receive the <br /> County Engineer's report. The Planning Staff <br /> recommendation will be presented at that time. <br />
