The <br /> conversion is. a continuation of the project begun in <br /> 1987 to change all County addresses to permanently <br /> .assigned house numbers. To date, eleven (11) Rural <br /> Routes have been converted (Chapel Hill routes <br /> 1,2,5,8,11,13 and 15; Rougemont routes 2 and 3; Hurdle <br /> Mills route 1; and Hillsborough route 1) . <br /> Route 8, Hillsborough encompasses an area from a point <br /> on New Sharon Church Road, moving northeastward from <br /> Walker Road to Schley Road, including Buck Quarter <br /> Farm Road; then west on Schley Road to Schley <br /> Community, including Mincey Road, a portion of Hwy 57, <br /> Hunt Road, Poplar Lane, Acorn Drive, and Erica Drive; <br /> beginning again at Schley and New Sharon Church Roads, <br /> moving south on Schley Road, across St. Mary's Road <br /> and along Pleasant Green Road, then east along <br /> Ebenezer Church Road to the Durham County line, <br /> including Buck Quarter Farm Road and Lipscomb Grove <br /> Church Road; then north along Bivins Road from the <br /> county line across St. Mary's Road, northward along <br />
