At present <br /> there are 2 acres within the node in the LC-1 zone, <br /> thus a maximum of an additional 3 acres may be zoned <br /> LC-1. The applicant is proposing 1. 65 acres to be <br /> rezoned to LC-1. <br /> Letters have been submitted from the Orange County <br /> Sheriff's Department, Orange County EMS, and Orange <br /> Grove Fire Department indicating that services can be <br /> provided. <br /> The applicant has indicated there is a septic disposal <br /> system existing on the property proposed to be zoned <br /> LC-1.
