There is no <br /> change to the Land Use Element plan designation <br /> proposed at this time. <br /> The requirements of the PWII Protected Watershed <br /> • Overlay district are attached. A buffer of 50 feet is <br /> required adjacent to all perenial streams. Impervious <br /> surface is limited to 12 percent of the total lot <br /> area. Commericial land uses require a minimum lot size <br /> of 80,000 square feet. Light industrial uses which are <br /> not major water users are permitted with a minimum lot <br /> size of 200,000 square feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendment to the Land Use Element and Zoning Atlas. <br />
