The area in <br /> question is at the junction of four (4) townships. It <br /> appears that the watershed boundary lines were not <br /> properly connected when the maps were prepared. <br /> Approximately 238 parcels are affected by the proposed <br /> changes. Zoning of the cross-hatched area within <br /> Cheeks, Bingham and Chapel Hill Townships (see <br /> attached map) should include the PW-II Protected <br /> Watershed Overlay. The underlying zoning in the <br /> affected area includes AR (Agricultural Residential) , <br /> Rl (Rural Residential) , and a small amount of Rural <br /> Buffer. <br />
