Z-5-89 PWII PROTECTED WATERSHED OVERLAY <br /> To adjust the boundary of the PWII PROTECTED <br /> WATERSHED OVERLAY in the southeast corner of the UPPER <br /> ENO Watershed in order to correct mapping discrepancies <br /> at the intersection of Hillsborough, Cheeks, Bingham and <br /> Chapel Hill Townships. The proposed atlas amendment would <br /> add the Protected Watershed (PW-II) Overlay to 238 <br /> parcels, totaling about 2250 acres. It is known as part of Lot 8 of Tax Map 30 <br /> of Bingham Township. The total tract contains 9.49 <br /> acres, and fronts on NC 54 for a length of 462 feet. The <br /> area proposed for rezoning includes 2.65 acres along the <br /> frontage on NC 54, at a depth of about 255 feet. There <br /> are three zone changes proposed within the 2.65-acre <br /> area: one acre, located at the southwest corner of the <br /> tract, fronting on Hwy 54, proposed to be rezoned from <br /> Rural Residential (R1) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC-2); <br /> and .65 acres on the southeast corner of the tract, <br /> fronting NC 54, and directly across from White Cross <br /> Road, proposed to be rezoned from R1 to LC1; and one <br /> acre, also fronting on NC 54, located between the two <br /> from <br /> areas described above proposed to be rezoned fro <br />
