The schedule <br /> of required buffers between land uses and the <br /> standards for those buffers have been substituted for <br /> the existing screening requirements. Illustrations of <br /> recommended buffer standards from Appendix 0 of the <br /> Subdivision Regulations will replace Tables 12.1 and <br /> 12.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The proposed amendments to Article 12 will make the <br /> landscape and buffer requirements in each ordinance <br /> essentially the same. <br /> Article 7.20.4.J, Landscaping and Screening (Mobile <br /> Home Parks), is the only section of the Ordinance <br /> which refers to a specific requirement contained in <br /> Article 12. The language of this section will be <br /> amended to reflect the proposed buffer standards while <br /> maintaining the original intent of the buffer around <br /> mobile home parks described in Article 7.20.4J. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendments. <br />
