Recommend alternative systems or means to <br /> improve the existing system based on this evaluation. <br /> 15.2 Encourage the recycling of solid waste when feasible. <br /> 15.3 Acknowledge the value of solid waste as an energy <br /> resource and encourage recovery measures when <br /> feasible. <br /> GOAL SIXTEEN: An efficient and effective system of public safety in <br /> the County. <br /> 16.1 Ensure the provision of adequate public safety <br /> protection standards for residential, commercial and <br /> industrial development. <br /> 16.2 Include in applied site design standards for <br /> residential, commercial and industrial development <br /> appropriate road design standards to ensure adequate <br /> emergency vehicle access to the development. <br /> • <br />
