Article 2.2.14.2 differentiates between principal and <br /> secondary amendments. <br /> Upon review, it has been determined that the amendment <br /> in question falls into the category of a secondary <br /> amendment. The expansion of an activity node where the <br /> additional area is contiguous to an existing <br /> node and does not increase its land area by <br /> more than ten (10) acres; <br /> (This provision is not applicable) .
