3.4 LOCAT/ONAL CRITERIA <br /> Applying each of the Land Use Element categories includes making <br /> decisions about the most appropriate distribution of land uses <br /> throughout the County. Land in the County was filtered through the set <br /> of criteria in order to evaluate the suitability of certain locations <br /> to contain various land uses. <br /> The following locational criteria and their evaluation determine the <br /> best location for new land uses in the County.
