19. Notices. All notices provided for in this Lease <br /> Agreement shelf-177ra writing and shall be deemed to be given <br /> when sent by registered or certified mail addressed (a) <br /> North <br /> (b) To Tenant <br /> , North Carolina ..and (c) to the holder or holders <br /> of any mortgage or deed of trust covering the premises at such <br /> address as such holder or holders may have given by notice as <br /> herein provided. Either party hereto, or any such holder, may <br /> from time to time, by notice as herein provided, designate a <br /> different address to which notices to it shall be sent. <br /> 20. Governing Law. This Lease Agreement shall be <br /> construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State <br /> of North Carolina. <br /> 21. Nature and Extent of Agreement. This Lease <br /> Agreement, including the exhibits, contains the complete agree- <br /> ment of the parties regarding the terms and condiitons of the <br /> lease of the premises, and there are no oral or written condi- <br /> tions, terms, warranties, understandings or other agreements <br /> pertaining thereto which have not been incorporated herein. <br /> This lease agreement may. be modified only by written instrument <br /> duly executed by both parties or their respective successors in <br /> interest. <br /> 22. Short Form. Upon request by either party, the <br /> parties shall execute and record a memorandum or short form of <br /> this Lease Agreement setting forth such provisions hereof as <br /> either party may wish to incorporate. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herto have duly execut- <br /> ed this Lease Agreement under seal as of the date and year first <br /> above written. <br /> LANDLORD: <br /> • <br /> • <br />
