The McLennan's Farm Homeowners , Association will lease to the utility operator, in perpetuity, all I . ' c portions of the wastewater treatment and collection system located on • common land. By individual homeowner covenants, each lot owner would i ) • grant aright of access to the utility operator for purpose of 1 • on-site operation and maintenance. I D. Franchise Bond A bond in the amount of $10,000 will be posted by the utility opera- 1 tor with the Utilities Commission of North Carolina. All or a por- tion ) of the bond may be forfeited upon appointment of an emergency 1 operator in order to make needed repairs to the system which are deemed the fault of the operator this to negligent operation.
