3 <br /> Post Office Box 2021 <br /> Durham, NC 27702 <br /> February 17, 1989 <br /> Mr. Marvin Collins <br /> Orange County Planning Department <br /> 306F Revere Road <br /> Hillsborough, NC 2 7278 <br /> Dear Mr. Collins: <br /> I am in receipt of your recent notice nnouncing a University <br /> hearing <br /> scheduled for February 28, 1989, ha <br /> Station Associates' request for re-designation from Rural <br /> Residential to the 10-year Transition Plan will be heard. <br /> The attached map shows two parcels of land I own in Chapel <br /> Lill Township, 13-B and 13-C, one surrounded by and the other <br /> contiguous with the property under re-designation consideration. <br /> One of my parcels was already included in the master site plan <br /> you received for the University Station proposal, and other <br /> would-be developers as well have indicated they want both pieces. <br /> Whatever the outcome not opposed to the request before <br /> of <br /> that negoiations <br /> I am writing to state <br /> you providing • <br /> 1) that both of my parcels receive concurrent re-designation <br /> to the 10-Year Transition Plan; and, <br /> 2) that this request for same be entered into the record <br /> for consideration at the time of your Feburary 28 meeting. <br /> Please be advised that I am on call (at 286-0521), to file appli- <br /> cation fee or to fulfill any other requirements you may deem ne- <br /> - cessary for concurrent processing of my request.
