Funds from this grant, <br /> (CDBG NO. 86-C-7730) will support the following activities: <br /> 1 . Rehabilitation of 23 housing units and Clearance of <br /> one ( 1 ) dilapidated structure; <br /> 2. Installation of 2,000 linear feet of 6" water lines <br /> with 17 connections; <br /> 3. installation of 3,000 linear feet of 8" sewer lines <br /> with 20 connections; and <br /> 4. Construction of 1 ,350 linear feet of street paving. <br /> Prior to the release of funds, the County must complete an <br /> environmental assessment of the project. The assessment is <br /> designed to determine whether the project activities will <br /> adversely affect existing conditions or whether existing <br /> conditions will adversely affect the project. <br /> In order to complete the environmental review, your <br /> assistance is needed. Enclosed for your review is a map <br /> showing the location of the proposed activities. To <br /> facilitate your review, I have enclosed a form which you may <br /> use to mark the appropriate items. Please feel free to <br /> provide any additional comments, and return to the address <br /> indicated on the form.
