Funds from this grant <br /> (CDEIG NO. 88-C-7730, Local Option) will support the following. <br /> activities: <br /> 1 . Construction of 500 linear feet of 8" PVC sewer <br /> line in • the local option area (outside the C-1 <br /> area) ; and <br /> 2. Connection of 2,000 linear feet of 4" PVC Force Main <br /> into an existing sewer manhole. <br /> Prior to the release of funds, the County must complete an <br /> environmental assessment of the project. The assessment is <br /> designed to determine whether the project activities will <br /> adversely affect the project. <br /> In order to complete the environmental review, your <br /> assistance is needed. Enclosed for your review is a map <br /> showing the location of the proposed activities. To <br /> facilitate your review, I have enclosed a form which you may <br /> use to mark the appropriate items. Please feel free to <br /> provide any additional comments, and return to the address <br /> indicated on the form. Also, please inform us of any special <br /> permits which may be required as a result of the project. <br /> Please note that this project is adjacent directly to our <br /> larger C-1 project area. <br /> A prompt response would be appreciated since any delay <br /> will also delay the release of funds.
