Scearbo <br /> responded that she had worked with the Public Works <br /> Director, Wilbert McAdoo, and he had indicated that <br /> at least 40,000 sq. ft. was needed to develop a <br /> site. <br /> John Link, County Manager, stated that the future <br /> for solid waste container sites is the roll-off <br /> process with larger sites that are buffered and <br /> hidden from the road.
