21 <br /> *Amended *LOT AREA - The total horizontal area within <br /> 10-3-88 the lot lines of a lot exclusive of street or <br /> highway right-of-way and easements of access. <br /> LOT, DOUBLE FRONTAGE-A continuous (through) <br /> lot which is accessible from both the streets <br /> upon which it fronts on opposite sides. <br /> • *Amended *LOT, OF RECORD - A lot created by deed or <br /> 10-4-82 plat prior to the existence of the Subdivision <br /> Regulations.
