The Planning Board recommended that major or <br /> minor subdivisions which receive Sketch/Concept Plan <br /> or Preliminary Plan approval by the effective date be <br /> exempt, and that the amendment be effective <br /> immediately upon approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> policy, per the Planning Department recommendation, <br /> including the June 30 effective date. <br />
