The proposed changes <br /> are as follows: <br /> 1) Designate the Little River Watershed as a PW-II <br /> overlay district. <br /> 2) Duke Forest Lands and Eno River State Park from <br /> either R-1 Residential or Agricultural Residential <br /> • (AR) to Public Interest District (PID) . <br /> • 3) Approximately 1500 acres in an area roughly bounded <br /> by Palmers Grove Road on the west, U.S. 70 on the <br /> south, Pleasant Green Road on the east, and an AT&T <br /> easement on the north, excluding Brigadoon <br /> Subdivision, from R-1 Residential to Agricultural <br /> Residential (AR) . <br /> 4) Whispering Pines Subdivision from R-1 Residential <br /> to R-2 Residential. <br /> 5) Three parcels north of 1-85 and east of Pleasant <br />
