Amend SECTION IV-B-5. LOT LAYOUT by adding standards which require that subdivision <br /> lots be comprised of contiguous acreage. <br /> 2. Amend SECTION IL DEFINITIONS by adding a new definition • <br /> for "lot area".. • <br /> 3. Amend SECTION IV--B-8. LANDSCAPING & BUFFER REQUIREMENTS by adding requirements <br /> for landscape plan approval, simplifying the schedule of required landscape buffers, <br /> and providing consistency with the Zoning Ordinance standards. <br /> 4.
