CP-1-88, University Station Associates, <br /> The property in question is located south of the Southern Railroad on both sides of <br /> Old N.C. 10 (SR 1710). It is known as lot 20 of Orange County Tax Map 27 - Eno Township, <br /> and lots 47 and 48 of Orange County Tax Map 26 -Eno Township. The property contains 575 <br /> _ acres or 25,047,000 square feet. The property fronts on New Hope Church Road for a - <br /> distance of 2900 feet, and on Old N.C. 10 for a distance of 4920 feet. The current zoning <br /> designation of the property R-1 Residential. <br /> The applicant is requesting that 100 acres of the property at the intersection of Old <br /> N.C. 10 (SR. 1710) and New Hope Church Road (SR 1723) be re-designated in the Eno and Chapel <br /> Hill Township Components of the Comprehensive Plan from Rural Residential, Agricultural <br /> Use, and Resource Conservation to Ten-Year Transition.
