The programs that will be affected include <br /> AFDC($156,343) , Title XIX Transportation ($2,839) , DayCare <br /> ($121,416) and General Assistance - Donations ($3,000) . <br /> (2)On April 18, 1989, the Board of Commissioners approved an <br /> appropriation from General Fund Contingency to be used for <br /> construction and equipment for monitoring the Eno River <br /> capacity use. These funds will be transferred to the Lake <br /> Orange Capital Project Fund. <br /> ENO FIRE DISTRICT FUND <br /> The Eno Fire District has requested that $13,800 be released <br /> from their fund balance. The unappropriated fund balance for <br /> this district was $13,897 on June 30, 1989. The monies will <br /> be used to aid them in the purchase of a new fire truck for <br /> their district. A letter of request from Mr. Fred F. <br /> Crabtree, Head Trustee, Board of Directors, is attached. <br /> ORANGE GROVE FIRE DISTRICT FUND <br /> The Orange Grove Fire District has requested that $6,900 be <br />
