APPROVED: 6-28-89 <br /> MINt7TES <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MAY 8, 1989 <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in special <br /> session on May 8, 1989 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' <br /> Library, Court Street Annex, Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to go into executive session <br /> to discuss litigation. <br /> BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Moses Carey, Jr. , and <br /> Commissioners Stephen Halkiotis, John Hartwell, Shirley <br /> Marshall and Don Willhoit. <br /> ATTORNEY PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Marshall to return to executive session to <br /> discuss litigation. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Willhoit to go back in special session. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> Chairman Moses Carey, Jr. adjourned the meeting.
