The only potential <br /> problems that we could see would be the placement of wells <br /> and septic systems for lots eleven thru twenty. Duke <br /> Power Company has restrictions that do not allow them to <br /> be placed within the transmission line right of way limits. <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the Right of Way Restrictions for <br /> your use.
