The disturbance of land and <br /> existing vegetation within the setback <br /> area is prohibited. Likewise, plantings <br /> may be required where no vegetation <br /> exists or is of such a sparse nature that <br /> an on-site inspection indicates the need <br /> for additional plantings. Where <br /> required, plantings must meet the <br /> standards for a Class "A" screen. <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: Mobile home spaces must be located at <br /> least one hundred (100) feet from any <br /> exterior property line which is not a <br /> street right-of-way, regardless of the <br /> zoning district. The disturbance of land <br /> within the one hundred (100) foot buffer <br /> is prohibited. Existing vegetation within <br /> the one hundred (100) foot buffer must be <br /> retained. Additional plantings may be <br /> required upon site inspection to satisfy <br /> Type "B" buffer standards along the <br /> perimeter of the site.
