Section IV-B-10 Cluster Developments <br /> The Ordinance Review Subcommittee of the Planning Board <br /> and the Planning Board have recommended that the <br /> proposed amendments (except for Zoning Atlas <br /> amendments) be presented for Citizen comment at the May <br /> 22, 1989 public hearing. <br /> Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on <br /> May 10 and 17, 1989 as required by the N.C. General <br /> Statutes. The proposed Zoning Atlas amendments will <br /> require notification of individual property owners. The <br /> notice must be mailed on or before May 6, 1989 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Notice of <br /> Public Hearing for May 22, 1989. <br />
