Crudup <br /> referred to the Private Road Standards in the <br /> Subdivision Regulations which state that a <br /> Class B road serves 4 to 9 lots and a Class A <br /> road serves 10 or more lots. <br /> Jacobs asked about other subdivisions on <br /> collector roads that had been approved with <br /> private roads. Crudup responded that Pickards <br /> Mountain, Sunnyfield and Five Forks were all <br /> approved with private roads entering on to <br /> Dodsons Crossroads. <br /> MOTION: Lewis moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning Staff.
