The <br /> Planning Staff comment regarding each is provided in italics. <br /> IV-B-3-d-1. Roads - Public roads are generally required in <br /> all subdivisions and will be required where it <br /> is found that: <br /> I. The subdivision roads, if constructed to <br /> State standards, would be accepted by the <br /> State for maintenance due to density or <br /> other State requirement; or <br /> (A cul de sac must provide ingress and egress <br /> for at least 4 occupied residences before it <br /> may be accepted by the State for maintenance. <br /> When 4 of the 6 lots which access the private <br /> road are developed, the minimum required <br /> density will be met. ) <br /> • <br /> 2. The subdivision streets extend existing <br /> streets which are public; or <br /> . • <br /> (The subdivision road does not extend an <br /> existing street.) <br /> 3.
