Both have moderate limitation for <br /> building site development and septic tank absorption <br /> fields. It was noted that Orange and Lignum soils <br /> were close to the site, both have severe limitations. <br /> The Planning Board considered the preliminary plan for <br /> Section One Nichols Ridge on April 17 and recommended <br /> approval with the following condition: <br /> 1. Redesign the cul-de-sac to meet NCDOT standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> preliminary plan for Section One Nichols Ridge as per <br /> the Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
