16 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE TOWN OF CHAPEL HILLS <br /> ANNUAL TRANSIT ELEMENT TO THE DURHAM-CHAPEL RILL-CARRBORO <br /> TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR INCLUSION IN THE <br /> TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill is required to submit an annual <br /> transit element to the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Transportation <br /> Advisory Committee; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill's annual element will be included <br /> in the regional Transportation Improvement Program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill hereby requests that the Transportation Advisory Board <br /> includes the attached Chapel Hill annual transit element to the <br /> Transportation Improvement Program for the Durham-Chapel <br /> Hill-Carrboro Urban Area. <br />
