Financial Planning <br /> 1 . Determine the varying affects of costs of different types <br /> of dam construction on water rate structure <br /> 2. Determine sources of funding for reservoir development <br /> and construction <br /> B. Development/Construction Planning <br /> 1 . Determine normal and flood pool elevations of impoundment <br /> and buffer/setback limits <br /> 2. Determine the owners of property impacted by dam site, <br /> and normal and flood pool <br />
