• <br /> 17 <br /> 5. All contractor(s) who bid or submit proposals for contracts in <br /> connection with this Project must submit a statement of non-collusion to the <br /> Sponsor. <br /> 6. For any item of work not underway as of the date of the Sponsor's <br /> execution of this Agreement, the Sponsor shall not commence construction or <br /> award. constructibn contracts on the Project until a written Project - <br /> Concurrence is co-signed by the Sponsor's Representative and the Department. <br /> 7. For all item(s) of work not completed as of the Sponsor's execution of <br /> this Agreement, the Sponsor shall submit quarterly status reports to the <br /> Department, unless otherwise instructed, and will immediately notify the <br /> Department of any significant problems which are encountered in the <br /> completion of the Project. <br /> 8. The Sponsor agrees that he, will notify. the Department of any significant <br /> meetings or inspections involving the Sponsor, his contractor(s), <br /> consultant(s), and/or federal funding agencies concerning the.Project. <br /> • <br /> V. For all items of work not completed as of the Sponsor's execution of <br /> this Agreement, the Sponsor shall provide the Department with such interim <br /> plans, specifications, reports, •and any other studies as may be produced <br /> under the Project prior to the acceptance of such documents by the Sponsor. <br /> Further, the Sponsor shall provide the Department with a final copy of such <br /> documents following their approval and acceptance by the Sponsor. <br /> 10. For all items of work not completed as of the Sponsor's execution of <br /> this Agreement, the Sponsor shall notify the Department within thirty (30) <br /> days of completion of all work performed under this Agreement for the <br /> purpose of the final acceptance inspection and scheduling the final audit by <br /> the Department. <br /> • <br /> DOA Form 12/85 ATTACHMENT E Page 2 of 3 <br />
