The Sponsor shall comply with all requirements of the State Aid to <br /> Airports Program Guidance Handbook. • <br /> . 2. For item(s) of work underway as of the date of the Sponsor's execution <br /> of this Agreement, the Sponsor shall submit with the Agreement: <br /> A. Plans and specifications or such alternate as may be approved by <br /> the Department. <br /> B. If a construction award has been made, a copy of the bid <br /> • <br /> tabulations. <br /> C. If work is physically underway, a status report on work completed <br /> and percentage of work remaining. <br /> D. _ If all work has been completed, a Project Completion Certification. <br /> 3. For any item(s) of work not underway as of the date of the Sponsor's <br /> execution of this Agreement, the Sponsor shall submit draft plans and <br /> specifications, or as approved alternate, for the Project for review by the <br /> Department prior to advertising for bids on the Project. Should bids not be <br /> required on the Project, the Sponsor shall submit a detailed work scope and <br /> estimated costs prior to requesting Concurrence to undertake the Project. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 4. For any items of work not underway as of the date of the Sponsor's <br /> execution of this Agreement, following bid opening or final contract <br /> negotiation, the Sponsor shall submit the Project Concurrence request along <br /> with all bid tabulations to the Department for review.
