Page of Hillsborough requests the Central Human <br /> Services Building be renamed the Richard E. Whitted Human <br /> Services Building. Ms. Page's correspondence and a report <br /> highlighting the information that must be considered by the Board <br /> before a building/facility can be renamed are attached. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager believes that renaming the Central <br /> Human Services Building after Mr. Whitted has merit. Based on the <br /> criteria in the County Commissioners' policy on naming public <br /> buildings, Mr. Whitted would certainly qualify. <br />
